Easy Online Creation of Retirement Plans for Employers

## The How

Using .NET technology, Oshyn built the plan customizer to enable employers to adjust contribution rates, employer matching, eligibility and other benefits. Once the perfect plan is designed, employers have a simple visual comparison of the old and new plan. Employers then simply save and submit directly to TCDRS for approval.
